1–4 knives
Kitchen, pocket, or serrated bread knives brought back to a clean, lasting edge. Set cold on a water-cooled belt and finished by hand on stones and a diamond strop.
The block
Signature5–9 knives
Bring your full kitchen set in one drop-off. Every blade receives individual inspection, bevel setting, and hand stropping.
The collection
10 knives or more
Our best rate for large knife rolls, culinary sets, and neighbourhood bundles. Every single edge is still inspected and finished by hand.

Tell us what you're bringing
Tell us the maker, blade style, and what needs attention. Photos help, but you can also just bring them by the bench.

We read the steel
We examine every edge under magnification to check bevel condition, tip integrity, and steel hardness before giving you a final quote.
- 03
You approve a fixed quote
You get one fixed total before any steel touches a belt. We only proceed once you confirm the quote.
